The main responsibility of HackSawSPEED is to improve speed and sports performance for the individual athlete. Develop a custom speed and agility program tailor to the athletes needs.
These are the foundational skills in the HackSawSPEED program
Knowledge
Understanding the main components of Speed (Acceleration, Maximal Velocity & Speed Endurance)
Technique
Learn Proper Sprint Mechanics, shin angles, arm action, leg action
Injury Prevention
Improve mobility and flexibility
Athleticism
Improve coordination, deceleration & dynamic balance by doing proprioception, force absorption, reaction and body control drills.
Explosiveness
Improve first step quickness and vertical jump with plyometric and ballistic movements
Speed & Agility
Improve stride length, stride frequency and footwork
The Workout
10 Minute Active Warm Up
25-30 Minutes of Speed Development (sport specific)
20-25 Minutes of Plyometrics/Explosive/Ballistic Movements/Agility
Duration: 60 mins per session
DISCLAIMER : The HackSawSPEED program primary focus is speed and agility. For strength, the program offers training to stabilize your body during sprints, change of direction movements and improve whole body strength to the level required for successful team sport participation. Elite athletes might need to schedule additional sessions in the gym to increase their bulk muscle strength.

Pricing
Three Month Enrollment : We recommend this enrollment for athletes looking to make significant improvements in their speed development. For higher level athletes we recommend training 3 times a week to make the most progress. Committing to three months of training will get the athlete prepared for their upcoming season.
One Month Enrollment : We recommend this enrollment for athletes looking to try out our program on a trial basis. Because of the length of the learning process, we do not recommend this option for athletes serious about long term improvement.
Session Package Enrollment : We recommend this enrollment for athletes that expect to miss many days during the month and looking to try out our program on a trial basis. Because of the inconsistency of miss days, we do not recommend this option for athletes serious about long term improvement.
