Upper Class (Beginner Lifter)

The HackSawSTRENGTH UPPER CLASS program involves becoming better at weight training so you can then become better at reaching your other weight training related goals (muscle, tone, strength, fat loss, etc.). At the beginning level our athletes will be introduced to the fundamental loading patterns and will develop a solid foundation of strength, mobility, and athleticism on which we can build the complete athlete.

DOMINATION in-season is EARNED in the off-season!
